2. Subject of the contract

Services available through this website: sale of completed works and creation of custom-made artworks.

3. Ordering process

• Order via the “Order” form or by e-mail.
• Confirmation and briefing (size, technique, deadline, price, payment method).
• For custom orders, an advance payment of [[30–50]]% is usually required.
• Approval of sketch/concept, then finalization.
• Delivery in person / by courier; invoice issued.

4. Price, payment, delivery

5. Right of withdrawal

Copyright remains with the author. The buyer acquires the physical copy and a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use. Any commercial, digital reproduction, exhibition or online use requires prior written permission.

7. Warranty, complaints

8. Force majeure

In case of war, pandemic, strike or supply disruption, deadlines may be adjusted; we will inform clients without delay.

9. Governing law, amendments

Hungarian law applies. We may amend these Terms; changes take effect on publication. Ongoing orders remain governed by the terms valid at order time.
