ZLNART · AUGMENTED REALITY
The image is only
the first layer.
Independent digital artworks extended through
spatial and animated layers visible through the camera.
The artwork itself becomes the recognition surface,
while the experience runs directly in a mobile browser.
Custom AR system
Independently developed markerless recognition and tracking.
No marker
The artwork itself activates the digital layer.
No application
The experience runs directly inside the browser.
Digital Art + 3D

Souls in Walhalla
Digital artwork · 3D animation · Augmented Reality
The work was originally created without a title. When I first showed it to my mentor, it reminded him of Walhalla — a place he imagined as the afterlife of Viking warriors. That association became the foundation of its augmented layer. Through the camera, the image becomes a gateway between the world of the living and the dead, where souls appear as if attempting to return. What can only be sensed in the static image becomes a visible presence through AR.

Release
Digital artwork · 3D animation · Augmented Reality
To fall in love is, in a sense, to place your heart in another person's hands. In doing so, we become vulnerable, yet at the same time we may also become free. In the augmented layer, a hand enters the space of the image, lifts the heart from its open cage and brings it toward the viewer. The gesture is not an act of taking, but of release — a moment in which a relationship becomes capable of freeing us from our own inner confinement.

Winter Memory
Digital environment · 3D animation · Augmented Reality
Memories often remain with us not as complete stories, but as single frozen images. Winter Memory begins with such a preserved moment. The snowy landscape appears still, but the augmented layer gives time back to it: the skiers continue moving and the chairlift begins to travel again. Through the camera, a moment that memory has already frozen is brought back to life.

Face of Fel
Digital environment · 3D animation · Augmented Reality
The AR work shows that although the human soul is fragile, and sometimes truly breaks, it does not lose its colors. The shattering outer layer represents inner vulnerability, while the work also reveals that the soul does not disappear after breaking. Over time, it comes together again from its fragments, continuing to carry what has always existed within it: its depth, sensitivity and color.
How to experience it
01
Open the artwork
Display the selected image on a laptop,
monitor or another device.
02
Launch AR
Open the AR experience on your phone
and allow camera access.
03
Point the camera at the artwork
The system recognizes the artwork itself
and anchors the spatial animated layer
directly to its surface.
PROCESS
Digital artwork and invisible space.
The works combine digital image-making, 3D modelling,
animation and spatial composition. The static image
remains an independent artwork, while augmented reality
reveals an additional layer visible only through the camera.
The markerless image-recognition and tracking system
used to present the works is independently developed.
It requires neither printed tracking markers nor
a dedicated mobile application.
